Pam Ward is a life long resident of the Denver/Metro area and has experienced its many growth and development cycles. She has worked in the mortgage industry for seven years and has experience in all aspects of the residential mortgage industry, specializing in new construction. She was previously on a team that was a "preferred lender" for large and medium-sized builders. Pam is the " Wirth's Team" in-house Processor/Closer.
